Bring an empty stomach and get ready to feast on flavours at Ramen Revolution 2018 like never before! Some of these participating stores will be offering a limited-edition dish to delight all ramen enthusiasts. Besides slurping up oodles of noodles, you can also look forward to refreshing drinks and desserts to end your day on a sweet note!

1) Ramen Bar Suzuki: Extreme Black Tonkotsu Ramen

This well-established ramen bar makes their noodles from scratch daily to complement their Tonkotsu broth. The Extreme Black Tonkotsu Ramen created from squid ink and bamboo charcoal will be launched as an event-only special!


2) Hokkaido Ramen Santouka: Tantanmen

Don’t waste a drop of soup from this Hokkaido ramen specialist; its milky, delicate base is carefully simmered for 20 hours and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. The base used to create its one-of-a-kind Tantanmen is mixed with rich sesame paste and a dash of chilli oil.


  3) Junk Story: Kiramekino Shiosoba

Found in Japan’s gourmet city Osaka, the “W soup” base of their star dish blends free range chicken and hamaguri (蛤、common orient clam). The ramen bar has been recognised at several Japan Ramen fests and even at the Michelin Bib Gourmand! Enjoy the harmony of their exceptionally tender chicken chashu tataki with their terrific broth.


4) Menya Sakura: Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen

Well-known for their chewy tsukemen served with its rich dipping sauce, this humble store from Nagoya recently shifted their shop to Tanjong Pagar. Choose from clear dashi or yuzu stock for soup top-up to boost the taste of your meal. Don’t miss their original Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen this year, you will find the umami-packed broth hard to resist!


5) Men Dokoro Wakamusha: Tori Paitan

Savour one of the best chicken paitan (白湯) ramen from Japan! Made from simmering whole chicken, each bowl is packed full of collagen and has a thin layer of extremely light chicken oil floating on the surface of the soup which coats each strand of noodle perfectly as you lift it up.



In collaboration with Keisuke Group, the NISSIN RAMEN will be sold at the event! This is not your regular instant noodles for you to take home and enjoy in the comforts of your home – the ingredients and seasonings have been carefully scrutinised to match locals’ tastes and preferences after years of research and observation by Keisuke and NISSIN.


7) Ebi-Tori Menzo: Ebi Tsukemen

Don’t miss out on their popular Italian-inspired shrimp base tsukemen broth which is made from fresh whole shrimps, while their timeless chicken stock has great depth in flavour.


8) Sō Ramen: Grand Tonkotsu Ramen

This innovative ramen brand’s signature Grand Tonkotsu Ramen comes with three generous servings of meat: Toroniku (braised pork cheek), Buta Kakuni (braised pork belly in special sauce), and Cha Shu topped with aromatic black onion sauce. Using noodles made from premium wheat flour, their hosomen (細麵, thin noodles) complements the Tonkotsu broth perfectly.


9) Kanshoku Ramen: Truffle Ramen

Meaning “to finish every last bit of your food” in Japanese, the founders of Kanshoku Ramen want their Hakata-inspired ramen to completely satisfy their customers. Their Truffle ramen is a best-selling hit among youths. As experts in infusing traditional tastes with contemporary ingredients, don’t miss their creamy Cheese Ramen only available at the event!


10) Kajiken: Okinawa Mazesoba

Singapore’s very first dedicated dry ramen store will be serving its specially crafted Okinawa Mazesoba – a dream collaborative effort between Kajiken and Okinawan diner Nirai Kanai! Using Okinawa soba instead of traditional ramen noodles, the dry noodles will be drizzled with Kajiken’s trademark tare (sauce) as well as Okinawan eggs and rafute (ラフテー, skin-on pork rib stewed in soy sauce and brown sugar).


11) Men Men Tei: Jiro Style Aburi Chashu Ramen

This popular ramen store will be bringing back its limited edition Jiro Ramen to the event! Known for its iconic fat noodles and generous toppings of vegetables, pork and garlic, “Jirorian” fans can delight in this exceptionally fragrant dish.


11) Kokoro Ramen: Spicy Miso Ramen

Coming from the humble heartlands of Bedok Market Place, this local ramen store never fails to attract long queues with this signature Spicy Miso Ramen. After studying the art of ramen for 2 years in Kagawa Prefecture, the local chef has developed his own unique miso blend. You can even choose your spice level from 1 to 3 at the event.
