One of their bestsellers is the Roast Beef Don ($19), a bowl of warm fluffy rice layered with thick succulent cuts of Hokkaido wagyu and topped with an onsen egg. Burst the yolk and enjoy the juicy meat with their original wafu gravy sauce to bring out the umami of the beef.
But if you prefer something with a meatier bite, their Hokkaido Wagyu Steak ($43) is another signature dish perfect for you. Served with thick cut Hokkaido potatoes, this dish is exclusively available at their Tanjong Pagar branch.
For seafood fans, order the Akkeshi oysters (seasonal price), which are extremely meaty and known as the stars of the Hokkaido oyster world because of their rich savoury taste.
